TES 2000 announces Joint Managing Director appointment

TES 2000 (TES) is pleased to announce the appointment of Bianca Molloy BSc(H) MA MCIPD MHFA as Joint Managing Director alongside Founder and current Managing Director, Tony Evans.

Bianca joined TES in 2017 and has recently spent 12 months working directly with Tony across all business functions, including safety-critical delivery, commercial strategy, and client relationship management. Bianca has played a key role in TES’s Tender Team over the past four to five years, helping to retain and secure key contracts with Network Rail, and has served as a valued member of the Board, contributing to the company’s strategic direction.

Having successfully built and led a People & Culture team that consistently delivers beyond expectations, Bianca now moves into this new leadership position with the foundations in place to support her focus on TES’s broader operational and commercial priorities.

Under this new leadership structure, Tony and Bianca will continue to work together to ensure TES remains a safe, collaborative, and reliable partner to the UK rail sector.
