Understand our application to onboarding process
From Application to Offer:
Once you have found a suitable opportunity either brand new to the rail with one of our TES Academies, or as an experienced staff member, it is easy to apply by creating a candidate account and uploading your CV.
Our Talent Acquisition Partner will then review your application, and, if you meet the minimum criteria that is outlined in the job ad, you will be contacted for interview which is usually undertaken either in person or through Teams (online video call), where you will meet with the Hiring Manager of the department you are interested in.
Once you have completed your interview, and agreed to any training dates that are needed, you will then be sent an offer through your candidate portal that you created when you applied for a role with us.
We are then ready to get you booked for your Network Rail Approved Medical / Drug and Alcohol Test. This generally takes around 15 minutes to an hour, depending on the service and your needs.
