Possession Support Staff, North East Region
Training Dates
Our next TES Academy for the North East Possession Support will commence on 26th January 2026 and complete on 6th February 2026. The training will be based in our Doncaster office, and is generally between the hours of 0900 - 1630.
Please note that you will be required to complete the E-Learning before starting with us on 26th January 2026. This will be sent out to you ahead of time for completion
Day 1 Monday 26th January
PTS (Personal Track Safety) Initial Training
Classroom and site-based training event following successful completion of PTS E-Learning.
Full issued PPE will be required as elements of the course are delivered on the Operational Railway.
Day 2 Tuesday 27th January
Introduction to Possession Management
An overview of Possession Support duties
Day 3 and 4 You only need to attend 2 of the 4 date options of: Wednesday 28th January, Thursday 29th January, Friday 30th January and Saturday 31st January.
Practical Training (site visit)
Day 5 to 8 Monday 2nd February to Thursday 5th February
IWA (Individual Working Alone) Training
Day 9 Friday 6th February
PS (Possession Support) Training
