Long Service Awards 2025

We recently held our Long Service Awards, recognising the individuals who make TES what it is today. At such a challenging time for the industry, it’s more important than ever to celebrate and appreciate the people behind our success. On behalf of the entire Board — THANK YOU.

We celebrated heart, loyalty, and a shared purpose at our Long Service Awards. Marking incredible milestones of 10, 15, 20, 25, and even 30 years, the event at Colchester United Football Club was an emotional testament to what we've built together.

What makes TES so special is that it has brought together so many different people, from all walks of life, uniting them with one essential, life-saving mission: creating a safer working environment on the railway. This commitment to safety is the thread that runs through everything we do. Seeing our teams come together for this celebration, sharing stories and laughs (and some truly delicious food!), just affirmed that our strength is in our unity.

As a family-run business, the genuine gratitude was palpable. We are driven by the belief that Together, Everyone Succeeds, and we are committed to continuing this legacy for generations to come.

A heartfelt thank you goes to Tony Evans and Yve Evans for the vision they laid down all those years ago. And a huge special mention to Bianca Molloy for hosting such a perfectly warm and welcoming event.

To our long-serving colleagues who couldn't be with us, please know you were missed and your dedication is celebrated just the same. Thank you, everyone, for your unwavering commitment—you are the foundation of our safe and successful railway future.
