Track Operatives

To work under instruction to safely carry out maintenance, renewal and project tasks on railway infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out maintenance and renewals tasks as instructed
  • To comply with all safety requirements
  • Ensure all PPE is worn as required
  • Use all tools appropriately and correctly
  • Attend all courses and team briefs as required
  • Maintain good timekeeping and attendance
  • To act in a professional manner

Competencies and Qualifications

  • PTS AC/DCCR 
  • Track Induction including Manual Handling, Fire Training and First Aid
  • Basic Literacy and Numeracy
  • Driving licence advantageous but not essential
