Tony Evans - Chairman

Tony Evans founded the company as TES (Tony
Evans Services) in 1994 to exploit an opportunity in the Railway Industry
and in 1999 incorporated his company to become TES 2000 Ltd. As the Managing
Director Tony now oversees the operation and diversification of the company
to meet the changing needs of the industry and our clients. Prior to
starting the company he was an Assistant Divisional Office with the London
Fire Brigade. Tony is a member of the Institute of Fire Engineers and is
accredited as Lifetime Safety Trained.

David Mawson - Operations Director
David
Mawson has over 16 years experience in the Railway industry and has been
involved with safety critical working throughout his railway career,
starting with the LT&S and GE re-signalling schemes. David joined TES in
1996 and
more recently he has worked on the Heathrow Express Project and then joined
Possession Management teams on the Dartford Area re-signalling scheme (DARS)
and West Coast Route Modernisation project. He currently heads the
Possession Management and Safety Critical areas of TES operations.

Craig Pulham - Financial Director
Craig Pulham started his career with TES in
2002 and has worked in Financial Management for the past 18 years. During
his time with TES he has developed numerous systems and procedures to
further enhance control over all areas of finance.
Craig assists in the tendering process and
provides a crucial link between the financial aspects of the company and the
commercial decisions made.

Paul Austin - Business Development Director
Paul
who has an extensive background in sales, joined TES in December 2001 as the
Fleet Manager before progressing to the role of Asset Manager for the entire
organisation. Through expert negotiation he has managed to secure
outstanding deals on major overheads including vehicles and mobile phones
before moving on to take up a new challenge in Business Development. He is
now responsible for liaising with new and prospective clients to develop
solutions in line with their requirements.

Penny Sears - Human Resources Director

Penny is the Human Resources Director for
TES 2000 Ltd and has been with the company for the past 6 years. Penny’s
role involves all aspects of employment including overseeing recruitment and
selection, maintaining employee relations and ensuring ongoing development
for all staff. She is also responsible for ensuring that the company
complies with all employment legislation as well as all relevant industry
rules and regulations. She is assisted in her role by HR Advisor
Caroline Skilling.

Tony Downs - HSQE Manager
Tony is the Health, Safety, Quality and
Environmental Manager for TES 2000 Ltd and has been with the company since
1999. Tony’s involvement with the rail industry began in 1995 whilst working
on the GE3 re-signalling scheme. His role involves the implementation,
monitoring, auditing, maintaining of all company certification and related
documentation.

John
Kanaris - Safety Manager 
John
is the Safety, Health and Environmental Manager for TES 2000 Ltd and has
been with the company since July 2002. With extensive experience in the
railway industry including certification up to PICOP, John is responsible
for maintaining safe working practices within the organisation. As part of
his role he conducts site safety audits, assists in planning and provides
safety briefings to all staff.

Colin
Blackwood - Technical Manager
Colin
joined the railway in 1988 as a welder and progressed through British Rail
and Balfour Beatty to his current position as Technical Manager for TES.
Colin has been with TES now for 5 years and has developed and grown the
department to it's current status. Colin is a well respected and dedicated
railwayman who is committed to delivering an outstanding service to his
clients.
