Tony Evans

Tony Evans founded the company as TES (Tony Evans Services) in 1994 to cater for the growing market for the provision of skilled safety critical operatives to the rail industry. The company has evolved to become TES 2000 Ltd in 1999 and has since continued to grow in stature. As the Managing Director Tony now oversees the operation and diversification of the company to meet the changing needs of the industry and our clients. Prior to starting the company he was an Assistant Divisional Office with the London Fire Brigade. Tony is a member of the Institute of Fire Engineers and is accredited as Lifetime Safety Trained. .
David Mawson.

David Mawson has over 17 years experience in the Railway industry and has been involved with safety critical working throughout his railway career. Starting with a rail environmental company and then on LT&S, GE and Woking re-signalling schemes. David joined TES in 1996 and more recently he has worked on the Heathrow Express Project and then joined Possession Management teams on the Dartford Area re-signalling scheme (DARS) and West Coast Route Modernisation project. He currently heads the Possession Management and Safety Critical operations of TES.
Paul Austin

Paul joined TES in December 2001 as Asset Manager for the entire organisation. With an extensive sales background Paul was offered the role of Business Development Director being responsible for new business, account management and developing solutions in line with client needs. As a valued Board Member Paul is continuing to network within the Rail Industry seeking new opportunities for TES 2000.

Colin Blackwood
Technical Manager (Colin.Blackwood@tes2000.co.uk)
Colin joined the railway in 1988 as a welder and progressed through British Rail and Balfour Beatty to his current position as Technical Manager for TES. Colin has been with TES now for 5 years and has developed and grown the department to it's current status. Colin is a well respected and dedicated railwayman who is committed to delivering an outstanding service to his clients.
Jack Howell
PWAY Manager (Jack.Howell@tes2000.co.uk)
Jack is responsible for managing all aspects of contract/sub-contract and project works, ensuring that the appropriate works are delivered in compliance with all relevant Safety Legislation, to the correct specifications and in the most cost effective manner. He is an excellent communicator with extensive managerial experience and a proven ability to resource work with limited notice periods. with a good commercial awareness and knowledge of track based work, including experience gained in Permanent Way and Possession Management.
Graham Eastabrook
Track Services Director (Graham.Eastabrook@tes2000.co.uk)
Graham commenced his railway career in 1976 as a railman at Pitsea on the C 2 C line. He progressed through all of the track grades and ultimately became Track Engineer for Railtrack East Anglia. He joined the company in early 2002 from Balfour Beatty where he was the Track Services Manager responsible for all track renewals in the Southern Region, Midlands and East Anglia. He is a lifetime railwayman with 33 years of permanent way, maintenance and track renewals experience. His role in TES is to grow the business and ensure that there is a structure in place to recruit and train the workforce to the required standards ensuring quality and consistency of delivery whist undertaking any aspect of track work.
Lee Watts.

Lee Watts joined TES in 1997, having worked in the railway industry since 1993. Working on many major projects including LT&S, GE and Woking area re-signalling schemes and then in Possession Management teams for Dartford Area re-signalling scheme (DARS) and West Coast Route Modernisation project. Lee is currently TES Delivery Manager for West Coast South.
Richard Holmes.

Richard’s rail career began in 1977 with British Rail, specialising in structures examinations and supervising construction projects for British Rail and Balfour Beatty. In 2001 Richard brought his wealth of experience to TES and currently holds the position of TES Delivery Manager for the Anglia territory.
Paul Gregan
Training and Competency Manager (Paul.Gregan@tes2000.co.uk)
Paul has been involved in the rail industry for more than 19 years, starting on the GE re-signalling Project as a Team Leader in the Installation Department. Paul has since been involved in numerous projects including the SRG, as a Site Manager and TPWS & FTN as Possession Manager/Co-Coordinator. Having spent the previous four years as a trainer, Paul joined TES 2000 Ltd in 2008 and worked mainly as a core planner/possession planner for the Technical Department on a survey project on the West Coast region. In 2009 Paul re-applied for his training and assessing licences to assist the Training Department as a Safety Critical Trainer and Assessor. During this time the Training and Competency Manager role became available and Paul has willingly stepped in to fill this position.
