Have Your Say on Safety

Creating Safe Railway Working Environments not only defines TES’s role and mission for the rail industry, but it is also an essential pre-requisite for all of our employees. Through our experience, expertise, resources and development opportunities, TES provides that confidence.

The most important aspect of the work we do – is that we must deliver it safely and our staff return home in the same condition they arrived for work. We achieve this by having a robust safety management system in place which is accredited to international standards, compliant with all Network Rail requirements, a Senior Management team that firmly believe this is achievable every day and a fully engaged and motivated workforce.

TES have a designated SHEQ Team that provides expert and in depth support and advice to the operational arm of the business, as well as, helping to drive forward safety initiatives through industry working groups, such as, the Track Safety Alliance (TSA)

We actively promote an honest and open safety culture throughout our entire workforce, which is supported through our Behavioural Safety Pogramme, this is communicated to all staff and is fully supported by the TES Board of Directors.

Growing in strength, expertise and reputation, TES continues to be a leading safety practitioner. Our accreditations bear testament to our capabilities as a professional organisation.
