We achieve this by having a robust safety management system in place which is accredited to international standards, compliant with all Network Rail requirements, a Senior Management team that firmly believe this is achievable every day and a fully engaged and motivated workforce.
TES have a designated SHEQ Team that provides expert and in depth support and advice to the operational arm of the business, as well as, helping to drive forward safety initiatives through industry working groups, such as, the Track Safety Alliance (TSA)
We actively promote an honest and open safety culture throughout our entire workforce, which is supported through our Behavioural Safety Pogramme, this is communicated to all staff and is fully supported by the TES Board of Directors.
