Health and Wellbeing at TES
TES is committed to providing a healthy and positive environment to work in and continues to promote and support the healthy lifestyle of its employees.
TES kicked off 2019 by encouraging their Head Office employees throughout January to be healthier by being more active and eating healthily. For two weeks TES provided the Head office Colchester staff with daily free fruit and ran a Step Count Challenge.
All staff appreciated the fruit and positively engaged with the Step Count initiative. The challenge promoted team building within the departments and a healthy amount of competitiveness! Our finance team led by Lucy Barton won the challenge totalling over 501,000 steps, equivalent to 50 miles over the 14 days.
