| The TES story began in 1994, when
founder Tony Evans, recognised a need for skilled safety critical staff in
the industry. In the early days the company concentrated on the supply of
well trained staff for Possession Management work and this remains
a significant part of the company today. |

In 1999 TES 2000 Ltd was
formed and as the company has grown it has developed expertise in a much broader range of services.
In 2001 the Track Services
division was formed to bring in the Permanent Way and Technical
Departments. TES were also leaders in developing and providing ATWS services into the Rail Industry in the UK. Until 2004 TES also provided Track Welding to the
Industry. |
